Founder and Agency Director

 With over a decade of customer service experience, Michaela has what it takes to ensure the most discerning customers' needs are met.  Michaela has served various local and national businesses to maximize their online presence. As a young entrepreneur,  she has an instinctive advantage and a true understanding of how social media plays a role in today's marketplace. Michaela has had the privilege of working closely with International and regional brands such as Hooters (HOA Brands),  hoots wings,  Kona Poke Company,  and PrairieFire Nevada to name a few.

Michaela became passionate about social media and digital marketing starting in 2015. She began freelancing in 2016 and founded her digital marketing agency in 2019. Soon after, in 2020, Michaela quickly scaled the team at ME3 Digital into the early stages of the pandemic from a team of 2 to 12. Their biggest priority in 2020, and still today, includes providing all HOA Hooters locations nationwide with social media and digital support from a local to a national level covering over 200 locations' Facebook and Instagram accounts totalling around 400 local Facebook and Instagram profiles. 

Today, she continues to grow the agency and the team as they begin expanding services to national and local clients around the globe.

Michaela is passionate about setting the bar high for innovation in soical media marketing for brands in today's competitive digital environment. 

Senior Advisor

 Ernie has founded several successful start-ups,  including Tornado Promotions, the company specialized in online lead generation, website development, and search engine marketing. Ernie and team grew Tornado Promotions to over five hundred clients prior to selling the company in 2008. Subsequently, Ernie co-founded EliteJets.com, an industry leading private air charter marketplace, prior to being sold in 2017.  

Ernie currently serves as Lead Advisor to ME3 Digital and Chief Brand Development Officer at Kona Poké restaurant group.     

Ernie's experience includes business concept development, innovative strategic planning, brand identity, traditional marketing, SEO, social media marketing, process development, CRM integration, sourcing software solutions, purchasing, technology integration, and patent and trademark strategy. 

Some of Ernie’s other accomplishments include owning patents and being an FAA instriment rated pilot. 

In his free time Ernie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, flying, being outdoors, and eFoil boarding.

Meet Julia Madnick, an unstoppable force behind the scenes at ME3 Digital. Known as our chaos controller aka Account Director.

Julia is a young professional bringing years of experience to the table. Whether it's developing strategies, coordinating clients, or keeping our team on track, Julia's got it all under control alongside the leadership team.
